Second Saturday Social Group

Fellowship and friendship are important in our growth as God's family!  Primarily designed for middle agers & empty nesters (both singles and couples), this group invites adults of all ages to participate.    Upcoming events:

August 9:  Saugatuck Dune Ride & dinner at The Butler. Take a ride on the dunes with The Schooners.  Dune ride is $14.40. Dinner to follow at The Butler.

Rescheduled!!!  August 16:   Water fun at Gourdneck Lake   4:00 - 10:00 p.m. Potluck dinner at 6 p.m.  Boat rides provided, swimming, bring your canoes, kayaks, fishing poles. Bonfire at dusk!

September 13:  Rohwer's Barn, Hor'deuvre Potluck/Line Dancing

October 11:  Stoneridge Inn on Red Arrow between Mattawan and Paw Paw

November 8:  Chili Cook-off IV & Game night

Third Agers
Each month retirees or wanna-be retirees get together for a potluck lunch and a short program.  Each month a different person hosts and everyone gives ideas for the programs that they would like to see. This group meets in the church narthex on or around the 15th of each month at 12:30 pm.

This group commits itself to the Presbyterian Church PW goals:

      that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (USA) and witnesses to the promise of God's Kingdom.
 
Our PW Bible study meets on the 3rd Sunday of each month and a variety of mission projects and enjoyable special activities take place throughout the year. 
Volleyball  
 in the church gym every Wednesday at 7:30 pm  (youth 8th grade or older are welcome, too!)

Women's Depression Support Group  

This supportive and confidential group is open to any women who need (and want to share) encouragement in the struggle with depression.  Participants do not have to be members of Westminster.  This group usually meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, but contact Pastor Janet for more information and current dates.

Knitting and Prayer
The shawls made by this group comfort folks, within and beyond Westminster, who are experiencing loss, cancer treatment, or other life struggles.  Beginning as well as experienced knitters are welcome.  Meet on the 2nd Monday at 11 am and the 4th Wednesday at 7 pm.

Westminster Presbyterian Singles

A few times a year,  singles (of all ages) are invited to meet together for lunch or other special events.  Dates tba.
